Shipping Policy

The price for most items on my website include “free” domestic shipping, which really means that the average cost of packaging, shipping and insurance are calculated into the price.


For those items with calculated shipping, I refund shipping overages of $2 or more on all orders. 


I will also ship to Canada; sorry, but at this time I’m not shipping outside of North America as the rules are changing faster than I am able to keep up with them. If you are a Canadian customer, kindly contact me for a shipping estimate before placing your order. For my international customers, I deduct the allowance for “free” domestic shipping from your order, and then pass along my actual shipping costs to you. 

Shipping pottery safely requires extra packaging. I use repurposed, recycled and biodgradeable packaging whenever possible. I include a $4/item packaging fee to help offset my costs associated with packaging your product so it arrives at your doorstep safely. This includes double boxing as needed. Thank you for understanding! 


My website customers are special, and are given priority fulfillment. If your items are in stock at their time your order is placed, you can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days. I typically ship twice each week from stock, so timing really depends on when I shipped last.  My BanditBowls, in particular, are being made and shipped continuously, and the average turnaround for orders that need to be glazed is 1-2 weeks. Occasionally, I am completely sold out of glazed and pre-bisqued bowls; in that case, it usually takes 3-4 weeks for a bowl to work its way through my making process.

Return & Exchange Policy

I go to great lengths to insure that each piece of pottery that leaves my studio meets my strict standards of excellence. Should you have any issue with an order placed through my website, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.


Should you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please send photos of the packaging and the product itself within 5 days of receipt so I can file a claim for reimbursement. I will promptly replace the item.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the return is a result of an error made by me. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
